Helping to relieve some of the stress

We are a registered UK charity that provides respite holidays for families who have a child with the life limiting illness, Cystic Fibrosis.

We were started back in 1994 by Elaine Tozer, who was inspired to help other CF families after coping with the stresses of looking after her own daughter who was diagnosed with CF in the weeks after she was born.

Elaine understood how difficult looking after a CF child was and the strain it put on the family as a whole. We all know how much a holiday helps us to relax and unwind away from the day to day stresses, this is even more needed when there is the added stress of living with Cystic Fibrosis and all the daily treatments this involves.

Elaine wanted to help other families by giving them a chance to get away from home and relax, spending quality time together and making memories.
